Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
No refunds on bees, we will replace a failed nuc at our discretion within 7 days of purchase.
If nuc order is cancelled before March 1st we can refund you minus a $50 cancellation fee. No refund after March 1st as we have already began the process of making up the nucs at that point. If you want to reassigned your nuc we will be happy to allow someone else to pick up the bees for you. Please send us an email for our records requesting the reassignment
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
